Taxation Planning - minimizing your liability

We review your financial performance after six and nine months in order to provide you with taxation planning advice before the end of the year.  Action taken here will allow us to pro-actively plan for your wealth creation strategies utilizing your retained after-tax profits.

Wealth Creation - maximizing your wealth

Most business people are too busy to manage their own affairs.  We review your personal net wealth every year and help you in achieving  your goals for education, holidays and retirement. 

Your investment for Bronze Care starts from $200 per month with typical fees ranging from $200 to $500 per month.  The fee depends on the amount of work required to meet your compliance needs.

Level 2 - Silver

You get all the Bronze Care service plus:

Use of technology - increasing your productivity

Developments in technology are moving so fast that you need a special technology development plan for your business.  We help you do this.  Our accountants are familiar with most accounting software packages.  We design and install the system and train your operators to get the best out of your investment.

Management accounting - getting you in control of your business

This is where we help you prepare budgets for cash flow and profit planning purposes.  We show you how to use these to get better control over your business by using these vitally important management control tools.

Management advice - action on stategies to improve profitability and cash flow

This is where we go beyond the budgetting process and proactively help you interpret your periodic reports.  These reports include detailed Key performance Indicators that apply to all of the critical areas of your business.  We work with you on these monthly and totally review your operating plan every quarter.  Examples are:  number of customers, average sales/size, visitation frequency, conversion of phone inquiries to quotes on jobs, hourly rates achieved and so on.

Financial management - making money work for you

We help you get the right financing at the right rates.  This includes your leases, bank loans and overdrafts and equity raising and venture capital.

Level 3 - Gold

You get all the Bronze and Silver Care service plus Succession Planning plus the Business Development program appropriate to the stage of your business:

Business Consulting - improving the performance of your business

This is where we are involved in assisting you with the development of your strategic plan.  Our specific focus is on helping you discover the unexploited potential that lies within your business.  Our aim is to help you make your business even more profitable and therefore more valuable.  This will involve us in many non-accounting aspects of your business development including team training, market positioning  and helping you develop customer service strategies. 

We have invested in special training and consulting tools as well as systems and processess that have been specifically designed to build your business.

OR   Business Coaching - improving your medium sized business

This is a scaled-down version of the full Business Consulting Program.  We assist you in developing a strategic plan for your business.  We follow this up with pro-active management assistance and support as well as educational group sessions with other businesses of your size.

OR   Business Mentoring - improving your small business

This program is geared to small businesses with sales of less than $400,000 and a maximum of 3 employees.  We will work with you on goal setting as well as providing periodic management assistance.  You and your team will also participate in educational group training sessions.

Succession Planning - helping you retire gracefully

We help you to plan for your retirement and handover of the business.  This may involve training team members in new skills and developing systems and set procedures.  Various options for the sale of the business are explored including vendor financing of current employees in the purchase of the business.

Your investment for Gold Care starts from $1,000 per month, with typical fees ranging from $1,000 to $3,500 per month.  The fee depends on which level of business program is appropriate and the size and complexity of the business.

A Unique 10 Step Business Development Process for you

Presley & Partners is a firm that helps you build your financial position by making your business more valuable and more profitable. To do that we've developed a specific and purposeful 10-step process to help grow your business, improve your lifestyle and increase your profits significantly. Here's how we work with you to develop the true potential of your greatest asset:

1. A Preliminary Assessment identifies your profit potential

To gauge the level of results you can expect from your business, we'll ask you to complete a preliminary questionnaire. Using software tools designed to identify and quantify your potential for profit improvement, we're able to tell you just how much improvement you could expect.

You will be considered for our business development processes if your potential for improvement is significant - typically starting at $100,000. Now before you think - "my business couldn't improve by that much," most of our clients are genuinely surprised and pleased when the analysis shows their potential for added value.

2. An Initial Consultation ensures there's a match

During this step we'll present you with a summary of the improvement potential within your business. You’ll see firsthand some of the processes and approaches we use to work with our clients to begin improving the business and its return on investment. When you decide to continue with the process you receive a copy of your customized Business Development Program.

3. A Detailed Investigation maps a course of action

Included in your Business Development Program is a more detailed Business Development Questionnaire. This gives you instant insights into the challenges you face and what needs to be done to improve how you handle them. Together we can then identify the strategic opportunities that come from the way you do business (your business processes) and provide you with a documented analysis. This will help you see and develop a course of action made all that much clearer with the next step.

4. A Planning Session sets your strategic vision

Many business owners do not have a clear vision for the future of their business. To really achieve improvement, it's important to turn your vision into a crystal clear picture. From there you can work back to where you are today, identifying all the strategies you need to implement to achieve your goals. We use a Planning Session for that process. At your Planning Session our team reviews with you the key issues you face and the potential solutions. Here you really start to see how the process comes together.

Level 5 - Emerald



Business Coaching explained

The second level of Business Development is called our Business Coaching program. Here, we act as a coach using our business knowledge and training resources to help you run a better business.

We begin, with the end in mind, with a Planning Session to map out your future business direction. You will leave with an Action Plan that addresses your business' key concerns.

Then, we'll meet monthly with you to assess your progress together. Acting as your Business Coach, we'll review your Key Performance Indicators for the month.

Key to the process will be a number of group programs included in this service. These sophisticated training programs will be shared with owners and managers of similar sized businesses. Their experiences will add to the learning and keep your costs to the minimum.

Business Coaching also includes unlimited telephone support with your Business Development team.

This program is designed for small or new businessses that are not quite ready for the full Business Consulting program but that want to get started improving how their businesses run. Typical fees for this level of service are in the range of $1,000 to $1,500 per month.

Small Business Mentoring explained

Here, at our simplest level of Business Development, we act as your business mentor.

First, we assist you in setting your business goals. We'll develop together a specific Action Plan for you to take back to your business to put into operation over the coming months. We're here as mentors whenever you need our help with this.

Then, we'll meet regularly with you to assess your progress. Each session will include a review of your Key Performance Indicators and your other financial results. We'll offer advice and assistance at each meeting and leave you with new Action Plans to grow your business.

Because we know how lonely and overwhelming it can be out there, Small Business Mentoring includes unlimited telephone support. It also includes a very special seminar called "Making Your Business Really Fly".

This program is designed for small or new businesses. Typical fees for this service range from $500 to $1,000 per month.
